Hey, we all need a break and these classes are medicine for the bone-cold soul. It’s coming the first of February and will be in your mailboxes as well as in libraries, grocery stores, your dentist’s office, where you drink coffee, and all kinds of other intriguing places in the Five Healthy Towns area.
